Terms of Use for the Food For You app. Rules for providing the service, medical disclaimer, and subscription terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By using the Food For You app and the website https://foodfor.you, you enter into an agreement with Individual Entrepreneur Pastukhov Alexey Vladimirovich (OGRNIP: 317213000027388, INN: 213006705614) and accept these Terms of Use.

Medical Disclaimer

⚠️ IMPORTANT: The app does not replace a doctor's consultation. Do not rely on the app if you have life-threatening allergies. WARNING: The Food For You app IS NOT a medical service or device. The app does not provide medical advice, diagnose, or prescribe treatment. Any information about product composition, additives, and their potential impact is for informational purposes only. The user assumes full responsibility for their health and dietary decisions. ALWAYS independently verify the information on the product packaging before consumption, especially if you have food allergies or medical conditions.

Limitation of Liability

Individual Entrepreneur Pastukhov Alexey Vladimirovich is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Food For You app.

The service is provided on an "AS IS" basis. We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of text recognition from labels or the completeness of the product database.

  • We are not responsible for errors in recognizing ingredients or nutritional value.
  • We are not responsible for any allergic reactions or health problems.
  • The user assumes full responsibility for food choices and the consequences of their consumption.

User Account

To save scan history and use the product comparison feature, creating an account is required.

  • You are responsible for the security of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate information upon registration.
  • We have the right to block the account in case of violation of these Terms.

Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Some app features may be provided on a subscription basis in accordance with Apple App Store and Google Play rules.

Payment and Auto-Renewal

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Management and Cancellation

You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your account settings on the App Store or Google Play.

Premium Features

A subscription may provide access to extended history, unlimited comparisons, and ad removal.

Refunds

All refunds are processed exclusively through Apple or Google support in accordance with their policies.

Termination of Access

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the service at any time, as well as restrict your access to it without prior notice in case of your violation of these Terms. You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. To do so, you can use the account deletion feature in your profile settings or send a request to our support team at support@foodfor.you. Please note that once your account is deleted, it cannot be restored, and you will not be able to register again using the same email address.
